- Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum One or more years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid Drivers License with Clean record required.
- Must be able to communicate professionally and positively with families and supervisor.
- Must have excellent written skills.
- Must be organized and submit documentation in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work weekends or evenings.
- Experience driving a 10 or 15 passenger van preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
