- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate in a related Human Services field preferred.
- Lived experience as a parent impacted by child welfare (ACS or Preventive Services), case must be closed for at least 1 year.
- Integrity, driven, and willingness to work with children, youth, families, and team-oriented setting.
- Ability to travel within all 5 NYC boroughs and willingness to travel outside of the five boroughs.
- Willingness and demonstrated capacity to teach, train, and effectively manage/lead two worksites.
- Ability to meet deadlines, deescalate and manage crisis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Office, and preferably knowledge with Connections.
- Preferable familiarity with OCFS/ACS regulations, & Family Court.
- Good strategic/critical thinking skills, writing, organizational, leadership skills, and written/verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Works, both, independently and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Able to create and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
