- Associate degree required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid NYS driver's license required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience providing childcare or working in a child-centered environment.
- Must obtain the S95, and F07 Certification within 3 months of employment.
- First Aide Certification within 6 months of employment required.
- Required experience in program management.
- Preferred experience as a housing provider for clients with highly specialized needs and multiple psychosocial risk factors.
- Have the ability to work flexible hours/schedules.
- Have leadership abilities to supervise activities of staff, 8 residents in the home and provide corrective counseling when necessary.
- Must have written and verbal communication skills sufficient to complete required documents and reports, and to participate and facilitate scheduled meetings.
