Qualifications
You are a good fit if you have:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree with some child welfare experience.
Must be willing to do home visits.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn the SBC model to partner with families to establish Action Plans and assist them to reach their goals.
The goal of preventive services is to stabilize and provide support so that children can remain in their homes.
