The Sales Development Program

What You’ll Do as a Sales Development Representative: 

• Engage business decision-makers by phone to introduce Integrity Energy’s solutions. 

• Generate qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for Energy Sales Strategist 

• Apply consultative selling techniques to build trust and interest. 

• Develop the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for rapid advancement. 

What We’re Looking For:

Compensation & Career Growth: 

• Initial Paid Training Hourly Base Pay $20/hour (Increase as you get promoted!)  

• Monthly Uncapped Commissions  

• First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$65,000+ 

• Fast-track promotions to Energy Sales Strategist and beyond 

Skills /Experience 

• 0–2 years of experience in Lead generation, Sales, or a related field 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
