Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
- Experience with handheld scanning devices and warehouse technology.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle, forklift, or pallet jack with a valid license.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate with a variety of staff, volunteers, donors, and agency representatives.
- Adheres to warehouse safety as regulated by OSHA and follow all AIB Food Safety Guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible and a team player.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Physical activities involve standing for more than 75% of the workday.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Occasionally required to climb or balance.
- Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. Area contains moving forklifts and pallet jacks.

This position directly reports to the following roles:
- Supervisor of Warehouse Operations
- Senior Manager of Operations
- Managing Director of Operations

Compensation:
- $50,000 - $53,800
- This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Schedule:
- Regular work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 3:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break; with weekends or extended hours as assigned for special events or projects.
