Requirements:
- 4-year degree or Associate’s degree with 1-3 years professional experience
- Excellent written communication and public speaking skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines
- Ability to analyze and report data
- Experience using Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive throughout service area for site visits
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data systems
- Proficient in Spanish a plus
- Experience leading trainings for adult audiences
- Non-profit experience preferred
Physical Demands/Working Conditions
- Ability to stand and do a moderate amount of walking at site visits

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $51,950 - $54,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Schedule:
- Hybrid schedule available
- Regular work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break; with weekends or extended hours for special events
