Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in grant writing, presentations, partnership development, and institutional fundraising, with a strong track record of success with foundations and/or corporations
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling proposals and reports tailored to diverse funders
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strategic thinker with strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
