Requirements:
- At least Associate degree or higher (Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- At least 1 to 3 years professional experience
- Valid driver's license; ability to drive throughout service area for site visits and infrequent travel to DC Main office
Other Skills, Abilities:
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
- Customer service or member management experience
- Experience leading trainings for adult audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledgeable about Northern Virginia community
- High comfort level working with diverse community and faith- based organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Interest and precision in working with numbers, and budget entries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $55,100 - $59,100. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

- Regular work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break; with weekends or extended hours for special events
