Minimum Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Warehousing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Inventory Systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a solid understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Proficient in computer systems, particularly Excel and data management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to delegate effectively to maximize employee performance.
- Experience working in team environments and driving change.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong proficiency with inventory or data warehousing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong data and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to ensure effective teamwork across departments and timely task completion.
- Experience in fostering cooperative work environments using an effective leadership style.
- Experience working in a warehouse and/or non-profit environment.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance.
- Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and implement improvements to processes and systems.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- This role is based in a warehouse setting with some exposure to outdoor elements during the workday.
- Frequent interaction with moving forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Regular exposure to cooler and freezer temperatures.

- Reports to the Managing Director of Operations

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,600 - $92,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
