Villa Restaurant Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations across our Starbucks locations inside JFK International Airport.

This is a high-impact, multi-unit leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in managing high-volume food & beverage concepts. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence, developing strong teams, and ensuring a consistent and elevated guest experience across multiple Starbucks units.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple Starbucks stores at JFK

• Lead and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas

• Ensure all stores are meeting or exceeding performance goals, including customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and speed of service

• Drive staffing, training, and development across all units

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, and food safety compliance

• Act as the key liaison between store teams and Villa Restaurant Group leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of General Manager experience, preferably in a multi-unit or high-volume QSR or café setting

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

• Solid understanding of operational KPIs, scheduling, labor management, and inventory control

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (50-55 hour work weeks)

• Must be able to pass the airport background check and badging process
