Job Description

The Implementation Specialist role is essential to the on-boarding of new customers. They work with the Implementation Project Managers in executing the implementation and training of new properties. The Implementation Specialist role is dynamic and will spend most of their time setting up and configuring Anyone Home products and services. The Implementation Specialist will need to work within deadlines, execute fast-paced projects, and be comfortable adapting to new on-boarding processes as we iterate and improve.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)                

• Manual and push-file data entry
• Setup and configuration of products and services based on provided requirements
• Flex to other departments including technical support and special projects and help as needed
• Participate in QA of implementation work done
• Identify ways to improve efficiency in established processes

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

• Ability to learn new Excel functions
• Not afraid to learn how to create Pivot Tables and use vlookups
• Quintessential attention to detail; we need high accuracy and precision
• Quick performer
• Critical thinking; everything won't be perfectly laid out. You need the ability to pair given requirements with product understanding to implement correctly.
• Software technical support or data manipulation experience

Education Requirements

• High School diploma required.
