About this Opportunity
There are two main Go-To-Market (GTM) Divisions within Inhabit: Residential and Short-Term Rental (STR). While these divisions operate within their respective go-to-markets, there is cross-division collaboration and alignment when it comes to key business processes, best practices, and marketing operations standard operating procedures and definitions.
Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the primary goal of this Campaign Specialist will be to assist the demand generation team in generating pipeline in order to achieve revenue goals through a mix of lead generation campaign channels. The successful candidate will be both technically savvy as well as a self-directed worker. The ability to provide finished, high-quality deliverables is crucial, as is the ability to communicate them effectively.
You are a lead generation machine. You thrive in funnel analytics and speak in acronyms like MQL, SQL, pipeline and conversion rates. You love the science of marketing as much as the art. You have a passion for learning, building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Provide support and assistance in planning, developing, and overseeing the logistics for all new customer acquisition focused campaigns, including webinars, events, paid media, direct mail and email campaigns. Co-own our email program with the marketing team to more quickly convert Leads & MQLs into qualified pipeline for the sales team
- Partner with the sales team to manage & monitor the flow of leads for more effective lead follow up and more conversions
- Ideate, Build & Execute an array of campaigns on an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Platform
- Identify trends and insights from programs and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness
- Report out on weekly, monthly & quarterly performance and effectiveness of campaigns
- Partner with the product and event marketing teams to create campaigns and develop lead generating content materials
