Job Description Summary
The Account Executive position is responsible for building and maintaining strong, healthy relationships with property management clients. As the primary contact for clients, the primary responsibilities are designed to provide a best in class client experience while increasing revenue and retention for the company. Account Executives will strive to be trusted, knowledgeable industry resources to clients. The role will also act as a liaison to all internal operations, sales, and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Manage relationships with Property Management Company clients
- Lead efforts to grow revenue and increase sales (current & new products)
- Increase participation and utilization by Property Management Companies
- Create reports to analyze data and present to management
- Coordinate client needs with the ePremium organization
- Be proactive in identifying process improvement initiatives.
