Job Description Summary
This Manager of Onboarding and Activation plays an important role in the success of new and existing clients. This position is responsible for coordinating a multi-step process for clients and the properties they manage while maintaining overall responsibility for onboarding activities and account activation. This role has a wide scope of work with touch points in all departments and collaborates at various levels of leadership. We are looking for someone who can manage complex processes and can easily connect with clients and other department associates.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain streamlined processes for onboarding new clients and updating existing accounts    Â
- Complete and/or coordinate the completion of onboarding activities
- Create and maintain a method for tracking the progress of new clients; manage checklists
- Provide regular communication about status updates across various departments
- Ongoing cross-functional cooperation with other departments and associates such as IT, Product, Account Management, Sales, Claims, Customer Service, Onboarding & Activation, and Operations Support Group
- Plan for and lead internal status meetings
- Plan for and lead onboarding meetings with clients
- Track and report activities of new clients for 30 days post activation
- Build and maintain a knowledge base for each process
- Participate in the development of new products and programs
- Coordinate activities with the accounting department for payment related updates
- Perform Quality Management Reviews
