What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for designated high-profile accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct demos for prospective clients.
- Communicate clients’ needs to the company.
- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Onboard new clients.
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner.
- Provide insight and contribute creative and strategic ideas about product improvements, marketing campaigns, and relationship management.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
