Job Description
Senior Account Managers manage a portfolio of top-tier accounts and are responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with customers to ensure they have a positive ROI, understand that value, and get that value with minimal effort. This is not a direct sales position, however, building trust and using a consultative approach to increase revenue is expected.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
- Drive client retention, upsells, and client satisfaction
- Become a product expert, ensure maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues.
- Comfortable leveraging data to manage success, high customer satisfaction and reduce controllable churn
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly communication and business reviews conducted
- Work closely with Support and Product Development to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
