Job Description Summary
As an Implementation Project Manager with a focus in Affordable Housing, you are ultimately responsible for the implementation of the ResMan SaaS platform for your assigned accounts. This is a hybrid role that will require you to frequently multi-task and work closely with team members across other functions including Account Management, Sales, Development, Product, Support, Training and Business Services to ensure customer needs are met while meeting internal objectives.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Implement a portfolio of Core and Affordable projects for new and existing customers, ensuring the customer’s property data and business processes are configured accurately, including creating project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
- Responsible for implementing new and add-on customer projects and achieving a targeted activation goal each month.
- Conduct project status calls and ensure timely responses and follow up to customer.
- Establish relationships with our customers to define priorities, capture new requirements, troubleshoot issues, or answer questions that may arise.  Â
- Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate as needed to ensure the customers’ needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
- Prepares customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency through project handoff to Customer Success Team.
- Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency, or enhance our technical capability.
