Job Description
The Implementation Project Manager (IPM) leads successful implementation and onboarding of Anyone Home's products for new and existing customers. The Project Manager assesses and consults on configuration needs, coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to clients, Account Managers, Sales, and management.
What You’ll Do (Functions and Responsibilities)
Essential Job Duties:
- Assess the Client’s Needs. Based on the product purchased and how the Client operates the IPM will determine the needed configuration for a successful implementation.
- Coordinate implementation tasks with Implementation Specialists
- Manage timeline. Keep set deadlines and manage time to accommodate multiple projects running simultaneously.
- Maintain project plan/data integrity. Make sure all data is entered, and entered correctly and on time.
- Communicate status/progress. Communicate internally and with the Client on project updates, project changes, and identified roadblocks.
- Cat wrangler. Negotiate and compromise on items that cause friction or conflict including aligned project outcome expectations, personality differences, and collateral retrieval.Â
