About Nationwide Compliant

InhabitIQ is seeking an Area Manager for its Nationwide Complaint (NWC) unit. Nationwide Compliant is a technology and service solution for enforcing lease compliance in the multi-family industry.

The Area Manager handles the management and oversight of the lifecycle of eviction cases for designated jurisdictions within the State of Texas. A key requirement is attending Texas JP courts to represent clients.

This position works with high case volume and daily deadlines and requires attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills are required along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

 

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Reports to the Director of Operations
  • Comprehensive Case management including coordination and management of all cases within your designated market along with maintaining your own case volume
  • Court attendance requires AM to be comfortable and proficient in a courtroom setting, acting as the client’s advocate
  • Management of internal staff and processes to ensure deadlines are met with the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Management of external agents, including recruiting, training and retention
  • Assignment of cases to staff and/or agents to ensure full coverage for all cases within your market

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • Experience with case management or other legal office experience
  • Property management experience is a plus
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, both internal and external, and foster a positive work environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both remote and in-person

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
