Job Description
The Sr. Recruiter will assist with the daily functions of the Talent Acquisition/HR department including administrative tasks, data entry and scheduling, candidate communication support, updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS), candidate outreach (sourcing), and conducting interviews for “entry-level” OR “executive-level” positions.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities):
- Assist managers and Sr. TA in drafting and maintaining job descriptions to be posted publicly and internally.
- Responsible for recruitment process for jobs internally defined to be “entry-level” (Sr. - Executive Search).
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assess applications for potential skills match for what the requisition will require.
- Thoroughly screen candidates selected for evaluation by Hiring Managers.
- Enter/Update candidate profiles in ATS.
- Maintain general organization of ATS.
- Update and maintain accurate information in work management programs such as Asana.
- Manage recruiting process with Hiring Managers.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned, which may become essential to the position.
