Job Description

The Integration Partnerships Manager reports to the CEO and is responsible for the overall success of the ResMan channel partner program. The ideal candidate is a collaborative business partner who provides guidance, leadership, and plays a key role in driving the next phase of growth at our company.

The ResMan Partner Program is a key differentiator between ResMan’s market offering and competing organizations’ strategies. ResMan believes in a broad, inclusive channel partner program that empowers our customers to choose from a wide selection of service vendors to build a best-of-breed solution and represents a critical strategic approach taken by ResMan in the market.

This leader is responsible for executing the ResMan Partner Program strategic direction, policy, operation and performance reporting of the program. The ResMan Partner Program entails a revenue generation component which the Manager is responsible for.

The Integration Partnerships Manager will be the key leader charged with ensuring a seamless customer experience within the ResMan solution and third-party integrated partners and with growing our ResMan partner community. The ResMan Partner Program is a branded ResMan product and it is the Manager’s responsibility to manage the program as such.

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of integration partnerships at the brand level, focusing on day-to-day relationship management, contractual compliance, internal enablement, and reporting. Own the tactical delivery and performance management of the partner relationship.
  • Participate in and drive brand-level reviews. Collaborate with brand-level product leaders and divisional VPs of Product to assess business value, customer benefit, and operational impact.
  • Ensure adherence to existing commercial agreements including rev share, API usage fees, billing minimums, and partner incentives. Flag inconsistencies and escalate issues to the corporate counterpart.
  • Coordinate with the brand’s product team and divisional VP of Product to ensure integration development work is accurately scoped, prioritized, and reflected in the product roadmap and dev sprints.
  • Work closely with brand support, marketing, and training teams to ensure the successful enablement of internal teams. Communicate partner capabilities, support procedures, and go-to-market messaging.
  • Deliver ongoing feedback from the brand level regarding process gaps, onboarding inefficiencies, and partner support issues to corporate for continuous improvement.
  • Own active day-to-day relationships with assigned integration partners. Act as point of contact for updates, escalations, and continuous performance evaluation. Participate in QBRs and partner business reviews.
  • Coordinate launch planning, internal training, documentation, marketing announcements, and rollout with brand teams. Serve as the internal subject matter expert for assigned partners.
  • Partner with brand finance/accounting to audit invoicing, ensure revenue share and fee payments are accurate, and assist in collections efforts when necessary. Escalate persistent issues to corporate.
  • Partner with Marketing to secure sponsorships with both integration partners and non-tech partners for brand/division user conferences. Act as point of contact for sponsors regarding conference logistics and billing.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of account/relationship/project management experience
  • Business development experience preferred.
  • Product management/product marketing experience preferred.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Experience working with contracts, billing systems, and partner/vendor management.
  • Comfortable coordinating across departments and supporting tactical execution of integrations.
  • Understanding of multifamily housing industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives within a customer or partner organization.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience managing customer accounts
