 Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to support go-to-market efforts and drive pipeline growth through strategic, event execution. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that generate demand and deepen customer relationships.
The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for both company-hosted and third-party industry events. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external attendees before, during, and after events. While part of a collaborative marketing team, this role leads the hands-on planning and execution of field events that deliver memorable experiences and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Plan and execute a high volume of in-house and third-party events annually—including small tabletop activations, major trade shows, customer events, internal user conferences, lunch & learns, and regional networking opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics from start to finish: budgeting, vendor coordination, promotional materials, venue selection, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, staffing, and lead capture.
- Present complex information in a digestible and audience-appropriate format to enable alignment across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, Business Development, Product Owners, Divisional Marketing Leaders, and Corporate Leadership—to align event strategy with business goals and pipeline targets.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Brand) to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience across all programs.
- Identify and negotiate sponsorship and speaking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and extend campaign impact while managing associated costs.
- Communicate with stakeholders and attendees throughout the event lifecycle, securing approvals and ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Create detailed event plans and timelines.
- Â Secure contracts with vendors at competitive rates.
- Prioritize and manage multiple events simultaneously while delivering high-quality execution.
- Monitor event performance and contribute to post-event reporting and analysis, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive activities, and regional market conditions to inform field marketing strategy.
