Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Success Account Manager with a background in the short-term rental industry to advise and empower our already successful iTrip franchise entrepreneurs to grow their businesses. This role will dive into strategic business planning, operational improvements and revenue driving initiatives with our Franchisees, while driving change management and adoption activities with key iTrip decision makers to reduce risk and identify opportunities in their accounts. This position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company
- This role will enable our Franchises to maximize business value from their investment and create passionate advocates of iTripÂ
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in strategic business planning that includes appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.Â
- Collaborate and build strong rapport with established, successful entrepreneurs and effectively become a strategy, growth and revenue expert on each franchisee account in the portfolioÂ
- Achieve subject matter expertise in all things vacation rental related. Possess a voracious appetite for keeping up with the industry and sharing information with the iTrip teams. Â
- Proactively identify new expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers within each customer to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on iTrip’s behalf.
