Job Description Summary
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor. An account manager will advocate and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams with the goal of ensuring the client utilizes the TenantTech system to its fullest through quarterly business reviews and support. Our ideal candidate is able to anticipate client needs and offer creative and collaborative solutions through consultative regular outreach to their assigned portfolio of business.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for designated high-profile accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
- Communicate clients’ needs to TenantTech team or other Inhabit business units.
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation and training of new high-profile clients and properties with client and internal teams.
- Facilitate form creation and integration into TNT system.
- Coordinate onboarding, implementation and training of new high-profile clients and properties with client and internal teams.

- Provide insight and contribute creative and strategic ideas about product improvements, marketing campaigns, and relationship management.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
