Job Description Summary

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients and serving as a trusted advisor. An account manager will advocate and coordinate with cross-functional internal teams with the goal of ensuring the client utilizes the TenantTech system to its fullest through quarterly business reviews and support. Our ideal candidate is able to anticipate client needs and offer creative and collaborative solutions through consultative regular outreach to their assigned portfolio of business.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for designated high-profile accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Communicate clients’ needs to TenantTech team or other Inhabit business units.
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation and training of new high-profile clients and properties with client and internal teams.
  • Facilitate form creation and integration into TNT system.
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation and training of new high-profile clients and properties with client and internal teams.

  • Provide insight and contribute creative and strategic ideas about product improvements, marketing campaigns, and relationship management.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the property management industry
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • You’re not afraid to get scrappy in a small environment and use your creative problem-solving skills to deliver results
  • Strong familiarity with MS Office (primarily Word and Excel)
  • Comfortable with the ever-changing priorities, deadlines, and job requirements of a rapidly growing small company

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
