JOB SUMMARY
Ability to read and follow standardized recipes.
Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
Prepare housemade menu items such as soups, desserts, dinners, etc.
Prepare and have working knowledge of menu items offered on menu after training.
Learn and know kitchen preparations and food safety in a fun and fast paced environment.
Sets up/closes, stocks and cleans assigned area.
Must be able to perform all job descriptions and tasks assigned by management.
Team player and helps support other staff in their duties.
