Position Summary

The Clinical Recruiter reports to the Director of Human Resource and is responsible for  focusing, identifying, attracting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for various clinical roles including Nursing and Counseling.  S/he will serve as a liaison between employers and candidates, understanding the needs of both to ensure a successful match. 

Objectives/Responsibility
Clinical Recruiter
1.    Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels like online platforms, networking events, and professional connections.
2.    Review resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates for qualifications, skills and fit with the organization’s culture.
3.    Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the hiring process.
4.    Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages with successful candidates and ensure a transparent offer process.
5.    Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
6.    Continuously identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
7.    Keep track of recruitment KPI’s including time to fill, open requisitions, and declinations of offers due to salary.
8.    Attend job fairs and create a pipeline of applicants.
9.    Monitors systems to assure proper applicant tracking is occurring and all positions are closed properly and all applicants are dispensed accordingly.
10.    Monitors and tracks all new hire referral bonuses with coordination of New Hire Orientation.
11.    Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), online job boards and other recruitment platforms.
12.    Ability to address challenges and find solutions throughout the recruitment process.
13.    Ability to effectively network and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
14.    Ability to negotiate salary, benefits, and other term with candidates.
15.    Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

HRIS
1.    Runs recruitment reports as needed from HRIS system. 
2.    Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.  Recommends new approaches to recruitment strategy.
 

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree with three to five years of Recruitment experience.  Experience in healthcare preferred. Specialty certification is preferred.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.
