REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree discipline from an accredited College or University or equivalent education and experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Ellucian Colleague (current University SIS/ERP) required. Must have expert knowledge of the University’s SIS/ERP solution and be able to both troubleshoot and recommend configuration changes.
- Minimum 4 years of application support required.
- Knowledge of Ellucian database schemas preferred.
- Working knowledge with SQL Programming preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of Project Management and process structure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to resolve problems effectively, efficiently, as a team member and/or independently.
- Highly organized and detail focused, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in situations requiring complex analysis.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted process and application recommendations while working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively, both verbally and in writing, and document key process/system flow, configuration implications, testing results and incident resolution.
- Ability to travel as needed to participate in professional meetings, conferences, and events (minimal) with the flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with professional and technology standards, license and regulatory requirements, and Western New England University standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
