Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline from an accredited College or University or equivalent education and experience.
- 4 years of data analytics/report writing experience.
- Experience with relational database structures.
- Expertise in Power BI Report Development and SQL Programming required.
- Experience supporting Ellucian Colleague and knowledge of Ellucian database schemas preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Working knowledge in server, storage, and infrastructure technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to resolve problems effectively, efficiently, as a team member and/or independently

- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations.
- Must be able to communicate and work effectively, both verbally and in writing, with students, faculty, and staff of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic service orientation with sensitivity to the needs of users at all skill levels while maintaining a high level of customer service standards.
- Maintain a professional and tactful approach in all interactions, ensuring confidentiality and an individual’s right to privacy regarding appropriate information.
- Ability to travel as needed to participate in professional meetings, conferences, and events (minimal).
- Ensure compliance with professional and technology standards, license and regulatory requirements, and Western New England University standards, policies, and procedures.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as necessary.
Hours:
- Normal work hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm daily.
- Additional hours as needed to complete tasks and assignments on schedule.
