RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.

- Identify and determine parts required for paint, disassemble if required

- Perform all levels of prep work and painting

- Touch-up painting on vehicle when assigned to do so.

- Removal & installation of decals on unit.

- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.

- Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean. Notify Service Advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.

- Keeps shop area neat and clean.

- Understand, keeps abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

- Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.

- Report any safety issues immediately to management.

- Minimum 2 years paint and body work experience required

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Must have ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. 

- CDL preferred

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
