Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in aerospace or aviation manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of aerospace-related roles, certifications, and candidate profiles.
- Proven ability to source and attract hard-to-find technical talent.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for FAA-certified roles, A&P mechanics, or composite technicians.
- Familiarity with EEO, OFCCP, and other compliance requirements in hiring.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Work Environment:
- Office setting, with regular use of a computer and other office equipment and frequent interactions with team members in a manufacturing environment requiring occasional material handling tasks.
- Interaction with team members and stakeholders is frequent.
- Occasional work outside of standard business hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
Physical Demands:
- The job may require prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
- The job may require lifting and/or carrying moderately heavy items, such as documents or equipment, up to 50 pounds.
Travel:
- Occasional travel may be required.
