EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence. Ability to write simple correspondence using proper grammar. Ability to effectively present information to customers, vendors and employees of the organization. Must be able to interact with customers, vendors and employees of the organization in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to accurately process sales transactions, order and track inventory.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Basic computer skills required. Ability to learn how to navigate and use various system applications and electronic parts catalog. Ability to correspond with customers via Outlook. Ability to use a cash register.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
