Description

You are responsible for assisting the Branch Operations Manager in supervising branch operations, managing customer retention, mentoring and developing branch staff and working with other departments to support growth of the bank.

Assist the BOM to supervise branch operations including customer service, account services, loan applications and closings (where applicable), vault/safe deposit boxes, branch capture and various monthly reports, facility management (including but not limited to ATM's, CDU's, C/M's and building maintenance upkeep and repairs).

Assist the BOM in managing branch employees by providing supervision, leadership, coaching, and advice.  Motivate employees to meet branch goals and accountabilities.

Assist the BOM to manage customer retention by building, maintaining and mending relationships. 

Promote bank products and services, implement sales initiatives and incentive programs, as well as training, mentoring and development of staff.

Continually strive to meet accountabilities and goals.

Mentor and develop staff by providing input to the BOM for quarterly & annual employee evaluations.

Community Involvement by participating and promoting impact days.

CSR & ASR Duties. Maintain satisfactory levels in CSR Balancing and ASR Quality Control

Ability to efficiently run another office as the ABOM when an occasion may arise.

Manage/delegate/oversee other miscellaneous duties such as ATM maintenance/replenish, coin machine, cash advance machine, branch capture, wire transfers, handling customer complaints, and various reports, etc.

Assist other departments with various assigned tasks (mail returns, stop payment verifications, etc.).

Special Projects (Ex. Community First activities, Branch Events and Specialized Training).

May be called upon to train.  Existing employees or new hires.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Account Services Knowledge

Cash/Check Handling Experience

Microsoft Office knowledge
