Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is hiring a part-time SASH (Support and Services at Home) Clinician to join our team! The SASH Emotional Wellness Clinician (SEWC) provides support and care coordination as a part of a care team embedded at SASH locations. The SASH Clinician provides high quality, low barrier services with the intention of providing support to those who may not otherwise access traditional mental health services. The right individual will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team to improve client care and community outcomes. This position is in St. Albans and is an in-person position embedded in the local SASH agency. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct individual therapeutic support to SASH participants
- Assessment, screening and triage services
- Group based programs on topics relating to mental health, substance use and aging
- Team based care coordination with SASH staff and community resources
