You will bring with you –
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Aviation Management or related field
- 7–10 years in construction and facilities, preferably in aviation or a related field
- A valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Strong background in preventive maintenance programs, project management, vendor/contractor oversight, and equipment lifecycle planning
- Experience leading teams and implementing consistent practices across multiple sites
- Skilled in budget management and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Operational leadership in executing projects and programs with a strong focus on detail and safety
- Understanding of how to be a collaborative partner who builds effective relationships with local leaders, vendors, and stakeholders
- Results-driven approach focusing on delivering projects and programs that meet operational and financial goals
- Integrity and accountability, maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and professionalism
What can you expect the working conditions and physical demands for this role –
- Constantly operates a computer and periodically move around the office to access office machinery, e.g., copy machine
- Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder for various aspects of the role
- Periodically stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl to position self
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others understand
- Travel up to 30-40% of time across the network

Modern Aviation Pay Range–
$155,000- $185,000 Total Target Compensation + benefits.
The Modern Aviation pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law.
