Description

SUMMARY: In accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of the Director of Forrd Services, assist and or own the following duties.All duties are subject to accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA):

 

  • Set up three bay sinks, assist with putting food oilers away. Sweep/mop floors after each meal to include the kitchen area, put away all pots/pans/utensils/plates after each meal / empty all trash when needed. 
  • Assist in cleaning food service areas and equipment as needed, and maintain inventory of chemicals required for sinks and dishwasher, help retrieve all food carts, and clean each cart at the end of the day.
  • Maintain temperature logs for the final rinse on the dishwasher. Clean and wash all floor mats at the end of the shift, as well as clean and sanitize the dishwasher at the end of the day.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards applicable to food service environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire 


EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
