SUMMARY
In accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of the Program Director will be responsible for the intake process, toxicology screening, and assisting with clerical duties.
HOURS Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; Wednesday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Conducts screening, intake, orientation and assessment of clients to obtain information concerning substance use, mental health, medical history or other pertinent information.
- Works collaboratively with clinical staff to connect clients to services.
- Prepares and maintains quality clinical records, and issues accurate and timely reports as requested.
- Interacts with all clients and family members in a respectful, professional and compassionate manner.
- Provides client centered treatment plans and writes comprehensive reports.
- Conducts screenings ensuring adherence to Enhanced Care Clinic (ECC) requirements.
- Prioritizes Court Support Services Division (CSSD) referrals for intakes (no longer than 10 days out).
- Supervises urinalysis collection for same gender and assists with unsupervised urinalysis collection for those of the opposite gender as required; completes associated documentation.
- Assists with filing, assembling charts and phone coverage to provide support for front desk staff and may perform other clerical duties as deemed necessary.
- Assumes all other appropriate duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
