- Master’s degree in Athletic Administration, Health, Fitness, Education or similar is
- preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in interscholastic athletic leadership position(s), ideally including
- independent school experience
- A lifelong sports enthusiast. Brings a passion for athletics and the positive effects they
- bring to the student and school experience
- Demonstrated experience at creating, managing, and maintaining finances and budget
- for an athletics department
- Familiarity with the rules and regulations of conferences and other governing bodies
- and professional organizations
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, leadership, problem-solving and communication
- Prior teaching and/or coaching experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000, not including a comprehensive insurance and benefits package.
