Retail Training Specialist – Inspire, Develop, and Drive Excellence!

What you’ll do:

  • Facilitate impactful training: Lead individual and group training sessions, delivering engaging content that strengthens skills in service, sales, operations, and compliance.
  • Champion employee growth: Design and deliver training programs that enhance job performance and align with MSCU’s vision, mission, and goals.
  • Drive operational excellence: Ensure team members are fully equipped to deliver outstanding service through strong onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate for success: Partner closely with retail managers to assess training needs, refine programs, and track employee progress to fuel team success.
  • Innovate and improve: Identify new opportunities to enhance training effectiveness and support organizational growth through fresh ideas and solutions.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates Bring:

  • Training and branch operations expertise: 2-3 years of experience in retail financial services and 1-2 years in training or teaching roles.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills: Ability to engage and inspire audiences of all sizes with clarity and professionalism.
  • Passion for teaching and services excellence: Deep understanding of financial services and a drive to help others succeed.
  • Organization and adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sharp focus in details.
  • Tech-savviness: Proficiency with MS Word, MS Outlook, eLearning platforms, and training technologies.
