SUMMARY
The Kitchen Cleaner ("Limpiador/a de Cocina") position performs cleaning of the back-of-the-house Food & Beverage facilities and equipment to achieve the highest level of sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department and hotel standards.
PAY & PERKS
- Compensation: Earn up to $26.90 ($23.30**/hr. DOE + an avg. of $3.60/hr. via 3% outlets’ revenue kitchen appreciation bonus!) Varies per business levels paycheck to paycheck.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Ensures an environment as free of contamination as possible with the concern for the health and welfare of our clientele and associates.
- Cleans floors and walls of the kitchens and back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.
- Cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces.
- Places all soiled dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwashing area.
- Washes and wipes ovens and stovetops.
- Stocks cook lines with clean plates.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
