The Concierge (“Conserje") welcomes our guests with a warm and friendly smile. Proactively provides our guests with personal service and attention that exceeds their expectations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Conveys a favorable image of the organization by projecting a positive professional appearance and demeanor to our guests.
- Pleasantly promotes the available amenities and facilities of our hotel and assists the guest in making reservations for those amenities.
- Answers inquiries, offer (s) suggestions, and provides assistance with transportation, restaurant reservations, and local activities.
- Schedules and manages hotel courtesy car transportation for our guests.Â
- Provides assistance with business center services such as copying, printing documents, and mailing packages for our guests.Â
- Plays a key role in ensuring that our guest needs are met in a timely manner by interacting and communicating closely with other departments in the hotel.
- Provides a safe and secure environment for both our guests and colleagues by knowing and assisting in safety and emergency procedures.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
