SUMMARY
The Reservation Sales Agent ("Agente de Ventas de Reservas") enthusiastically provides callers with information on room rates, packages, availability regarding room types, amenities regarding the property and the surrounding area while always striving to acquire the highest rate possible.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Acquires and provides a comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date knowledge of our company to provide guests information based on their needs while exceeding their expectations.
- Answers guests' questions with patience and empathy, following through any situation or complaint to ensure resolution of the issue and customer satisfaction.
- Commits to company pursuit of excellence in service and of entrepreneurial, sales-focused culture.
- Understands and is able to explain room types, rates, parking, charges, taxes, amenities of the resort, and billing to our guests.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
