SUMMARY
The Stewarding Supervisor ("Supervisor/a de Limpieza") assists stewarding personnel in adhering to the hotel's standards of cleanliness and quality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manages the employee's overall training, including department orientation, Departmental Trainer Program, initial training, safety training, and assists in managing and coaching the Quality Trainers.
- Ensures the kitchens and their related equipment and areas are maintained at the highest possible level of cleanliness and sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department, as well as the hotel standards.
- Performs regular inspections of Food & Beverage back-of-the-house for cleanliness.
- Assigns tasks and supervises stewarding team.
- Assists in the inventories of chinaware, glassware, flatware, hollowware and ensures proper techniques are used in the distribution and storage so as to minimize breakage.
- Liaises with kitchen and ensures proper techniques are used in the distribution of prepared food for events.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
