SUMMARY
The Spa Supervisor ("Supervisor/a de Spa") develops and supervises staff to ensure the highest level of professionalism, gracious service and treatment quality is offered to our guest.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provides a positive, professional appearance and demeanor to our guest.
- Creates a learning environment by supervising on-going education.
- Understands various treatment modalities and industry trends.
- Develops and schedules outdoor Spa related activities.
- Serves as a liaison with other departments to ensure a seamless business operation.
- Assists Spa Manager in the interviewing, hiring, and developing of staff.
- Supervises pool attendants.
- Ensures the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation for the department.
- Ensures the facilities are well maintained.
- Manages the reservation system effectively.
- Trains and follows the company’s safety and emergency procedures.
- Must be able to listen and respond to guest complaints, verbally and in writing.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
