SUMMARYÂ
The Pool Server ("Mesero/a de Piscina") position provides a courteous, timely, and professional service in the restaurant shows complete knowledge of all menus and pricing, as well as a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESÂ
- Cordially and professionally presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.Â
- Employs suggestive selling techniques to stimulate sales.Â
- Follows cash and credit card handling policies at all times.Â
- Follows restaurant's table setting procedures (glassware, silverware, portions, drinking garnishes).Â
- Is responsible for completion of their assigned opening and closing procedures.Â
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures related to personal appearance, uniform standards, personal conduct, and guest relations.Â
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.Â
