SUMMARY
The In-Room Dining Server ("Mesero/a de Servicio a la Habitación") provides a courteous, timely, and professional service in-room service shows complete knowledge of all menus and pricing, as well as exhibits a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Responsible for answering the phone and taking the guest's order over the telephone.
- Cordially and professionally informs the guest of the menu items, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.
- Prepares food items from menu by hand or microwave
- Follows cash and credit card handling policies at all times.
- Is responsible for completion of their assigned opening and closing procedures.
- Sets up the table and serves food from a cart.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
