SUMMARY
The Audio Visual Technician ("Tecnico de Audiovisual") efficiently and accurately delivers and sets up the appropriate audiovisual equipment for conference services and other departments in the hotel. Protects the assets of the audiovisual department and maintains equipment as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Reviews Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), installs audiovisual equipment according to department standards, and ensures all equipment, including projectors, speakers, and microphones, is in optimal working condition and appearance.
- Operates, sets up, and maintains audiovisual equipment, including projectors, speakers, microphones, and other required equipment.
- Provides technical support and advice to clients, troubleshooting issues and delivering solutions as needed.
- Follows all safety procedures, including taping down cables and power cords, while maintaining a clean and safe environment per Health Department and company standards.
- Checks in with equipment users before the function begins to ensure their needs are met and remains committed to customer satisfaction.
- Returns all equipment and stores it appropriately.
- Liaises with other departments to guarantee the quality of services rendered.
