Job Title: Graphic Designer
Job Description: The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing collateral and assets, both digital and print, supporting set marketing objectives and priorities for a wide variety of channels. The goal of a qualified candidate for this position is to enhance the companies’ media presence, and drive ecommerce revenue.
Position Status: Hourly, Full Time
Location: Phoenix Arizona

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 10 hr. days (7AM-5:30PM)
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ hands on experience in Graphic Design with such applications as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required.
- Experience with Photography preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory and visual design skills required.
- Hands on experience performing marketing content creation for print advertising, trade show advertising.
- Experience with graphic design for website, social media, and email marketing required. Experience in print advertising preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages, includes working with advertising, product development, and brand management department members.
- Reports progress to senior marketing management.
- Works closely with Social Media teams to insure consistency throughout all advertising channels.
- Generate original and creative content consistent with brand image for social media, print, email marketing, and digital publications in order to drive engagement.
- Develop and edit high-quality marketing art assets for promotional use within digital advertising campaigns, print campaigns, dealer collateral etc.
- Ensure that creative assets are optimized for all customer touchpoints
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work and prioritize ones work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, handling multiple projects in an organized but flexible manner
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, creative, with problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, use keyboard/mouse, use hands/fingers to demonstrate and manipulate product, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, walk and climb stairs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include some close vision.
