Qualifications/Skills:
	- 
	Degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related clinical field preferred.   
- 
	3+ years of healthcare experience preferred  
- 
	Knowledge of and skill in applying IT concepts, principles, and methods to manage and troubleshoot clinical applications for supporting the EHR system.  
- 
	Experience in MEDITECH Expanse EHR preferred.  
- 
	Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement methodologies.  
- 
	Aptitude for systems and strategic thinking, especially toward clinical information technology.   
- 
	Supervisory Responsibilities:  
- 
	None  
- 
	Training Requirements:  
- 
	Must attend all department meetings and training courses as directed by supervisor.  
- 
	Must attend continuing education as deemed necessary to maintain licenses, funding, or as needed to remain effective.  
- 
	Physical Requirements:  
- 
	Regularly required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, and various office equipment.  
- 
	Light to normal work which includes the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.  
- 
	While performing daily duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.  
-

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
