Digital Marketing & Data Analyst

Are you passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision making, and creating seamless member experiences? Join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist and take the lead in innovating and driving our digital marketing strategies. In this role, you will oversee and optimize all digital channels including web, mobile, email, and SEO, while also serving as the primary analyst for marketing data and performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with marketing leadership and external partners to develop and implement strategies that enhance member acquisition, retention, and conversion. From managing the website and leading SEO efforts, to driving marketing automation and targeted campaigns, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience for our members.

What you will need to be successful:

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in website strategy and management, including SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
  •  Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in reporting and dashboards (PowerBI preferred).
  • Ability to create and execute marketing strategies across SEM, social, display, and email.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Flexible, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.

Experience & Education:

  • Four plus years in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Three plus years in data analytics and reporting (can be concurrent with marketing experience).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation: $74,982/year + bonus
